Shipping & Returns
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Then we will check to see if we have it in store or if we have to order it. If it's not in store, we will automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (we have the item at the store), we will ship within 24 hours or text that it is ready for pick up.
If we have to order it from the vendor, we will text you when it arrives. (on average 10-14 days)
- There are no shipping charges if you choose to pick up your order at our store in Onalaska. We will text you within 24 hours if we have it in store and within 10-14 days if we have to order it.
- Shipping is free for orders over $100
- Shipping is $6.00 for all orders under $100
You can return or exchange any items up to 30 days of purchase. You must have your receipt, tags must still be on item & item(s) can not be worn. Please let us know if items are defective & we will contact vendor to replace it for you. You also must use original credit/debit card for returns if card was used.
